01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between rs365 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses or uses the rs365 website located at https://rs365.org and all associated services, products, and features offered therein ("the Platform").

By completing the account registration process, clicking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by simply using the Platform in any capacity, you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, which together form the complete legal agreement between you and rs365.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. rs365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the rs365 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at the time of registration and throughout the period of account use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from engaging in gambling activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of rs365 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios.

Age Verification Process

rs365 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit documentation confirming your identity and age. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid passport, or a Pakistani driving licence. rs365 may request additional supporting documentation at its discretion.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of rs365 services, you must register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may register one account only. Operating or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or under another person's identity — is a material breach of these Terms. rs365 uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, payment method cross-referencing, and identity document verification to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and the matter referred to the compliance team for investigation and potential forfeiture of balances.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. rs365 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility regardless of whether it was authorised by you — report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.

Account Verification & KYC

rs365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions, suspension, or closure. Verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested again if account activity triggers internal risk assessment thresholds.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rs365 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK / IBFT bank transfers, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cash OTC where applicable.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 100
• rs365 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any charges applied are solely those of your payment provider.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt by rs365's payment processing partners. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant; bank transfer timelines vary by institution.
• rs365 reserves the right to decline deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the account, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals may trigger re-verification where required by compliance protocols.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. rs365 targets internal processing within 24 hours of approval; actual receipt depends on your payment provider's settlement timelines.
• rs365 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of fraud checks, AML (anti-money laundering) reviews, or outstanding KYC requirements.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

rs365 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date by which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been unlocked by the expiry date are forfeited automatically.
• Minimum Odds: Sportsbook bonuses may carry minimum odds requirements on qualifying bets. Bets placed below the stated minimum odds will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: rs365 reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion between players is identified.

rs365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Participation in any rs365 promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on rs365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, casino games, live casino, fishing games, and slots — as published in the respective product rules sections of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for that product category.

General Betting Conditions

• A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference number. rs365 is not responsible for bets that were not successfully submitted due to connectivity issues on your end.
• rs365 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits, maximum payout limits, and minimum odds on any bet at any time.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds, game outcome display, or any other aspect of the betting or gaming interface, rs365 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Odds on the rs365 sportsbook are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. rs365 may suspend in-play betting markets without notice during live events where integrity concerns arise.

Casino & Games

All casino games offered on rs365 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software or live dealer streams from licensed studios. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical figures calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Gambling outcomes are inherently random and past results do not predict future results.

07 Responsible Gaming

rs365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity, not a source of financial or personal harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your rs365 account.
• Loss Limits: Set caps on the maximum amount you are prepared to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic session cut-offs to manage the amount of time spent on the Platform per session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rs365 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register an account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financially illicit activity
• Placing bets with the knowledge of the outcome (match-fixing, insider information)
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions through registration of new accounts
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward rs365 staff or other players

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the rs365 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of rs365 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the rs365 Platform without prior written consent from rs365. Any unauthorised use of rs365 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rs365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

rs365's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rs365 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Platform. We will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous access. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may occur and will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by rs365 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, rs365 collects personal data necessary for account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies only to the extent required to provide the Platform's services and meet our legal obligations.

12 Amendments & Account Termination

rs365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rs365 will provide notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

rs365 may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time where you have breached these Terms, where required by applicable law or regulatory direction, or where continued account operation would pose a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform. Upon termination, any verified account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your last verified payment method, less any amounts subject to pending investigations.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws under which rs365's international gaming licence is issued. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall first be subject to an internal dispute resolution process with rs365's compliance team. Should the internal process fail to produce a satisfactory resolution within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body specified in rs365's gaming licence conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
